Explore the rich history of Lisbon on this shore excursion. Stroll through its cobbled streets and visit its oldest surviving church, Lisbon cathedral, which survived the earthquake that leveled the city in 1755. Feel free to explore, or visit Saint Anthony's Church. We then take a driving tour through the city, marveling at landmarks like the cast iron elevator and Statue of King John I. We journey to Belem, enjoying views of the Tower of Belem and its 18th century aqueduct, before arriving in the historic district. Here you have free time to explore, shop and sample local cuisines. Might we recommend the famous Portuguese Custard tarts?

Le Havre to Paris Day Trip: Small Group Explorer Shore Excursion with Guide in Paris 16th April
Discover Paris on this full day tour from Le Havre. We meet our guide in Paris and enjoy a two hour sightseeing tour of Paris's most famous landmarks, including the Eiffel Tower, the beautiful Seine, the Louvre and Notre Dame. We also stop off at the Champs Elysees for coffee and Parisian Pastries (cost not included). At lunchtime, guests will have around 2 hours to explore Pairs by themselves. Lunch can be taken in a choice of cafes and restaurants. Allow 20-40 Euros for lunch. We return to the ship mid-afternoon.
For those guests wishing to visit Notre Dame Cathedral - Entrance is free, pre-book Entrance a day or two before your visit, you should reserve entry time for around 1pm.

Falmouth (UK) Afternoon Cream Tea Tour with St Michaels Mount 18th April
Enjoy a guided tour of Falmouth and the scenic countryside of Cornwall. Our first stop is a viewing of St Michael's Mount, historic castle and tidal island. Be sure to take photos of the Cornish countryside and castle! We then head into the charming village of Marazion for a traditional Afternoon Tea, including freshly baked scones served with jam and cream (remember the order they go on the scone!) and tea or coffee. The return journey takes a detour through Helston to allow for further photo opportunities.
