Your hostess-affectionately known as the Brown Bread Nurse-is a passionate baker who proudly claimed the title of National Brown Bread Baking Competition winner in 2015. What began as a personal love of baking quickly grew into a series of intimate, hands-on cookery classes, each one celebrating Irish ingredients, culture, and heritage.
