Excluded

  • Driver Gratuity: A 20–25% tip for excellent service is customary but is not included in the transfer price.
  • Oversized or Excess Luggage Fees: Any luggage beyond the standard allowance of one regular checked bag and one small carry-on per person (must fit in lap or under seat) may incur an extra fee. This fee applies to roller carry-ons, extra bags, surfboards, golf bags, bikes, and other larger items and must be paid for prior to pickup.
  • Child Safety Seats: While we can accommodate safety seats, they must be requested in advance and are subject to a rental fee:
    Booster Seats: $10.00 per seat
    Full Car Seats:     $15.00 per seat
  • Optional Upgrades: Any specialty add-ons or upgrades purchased during the booking process (e.g., Lei Greeting, Premium Beverages, Mid-Way Stop Service, etc.) are priced separately and included in your final transaction total.
