Please Note: This service provides a safe, licensed driver but does not include a tour guide, narration, or itinerary planning. The driver is there solely to execute the pre-arranged transportation route you provide.

This hourly product is designed for pre-arranged, high-quality transportation needs, including:

  • Individuals/Couples: Guaranteed clean, reliable, private transportation where a large, comfortable vehicle is preferred over a standard taxi or rideshare.
  • Family Transfers: Ensuring plenty of space for family members, gear, and supplies on long trips.
  • Wedding & Event Shuttles: Moving guests (large or small groups) efficiently between venues.
  • Private Driver Service: Booking a dedicated vehicle and driver for a set period ("As-Directed" service).


When purchasing, please select the number of Tickets equal to the total number of hours you wish to charter the vehicle.

Included in Your Hourly Rate:

  • Dedicated Private Vehicle: Exclusive use of a clean, maintained 12-passenger & 15-passenger Mercedes Sprinter van for your booked duration.
  • Professional Driver: A licensed commercial driver to safely execute your pre-arranged transportation itinerary.
  • All Operating Costs: Fuel, vehicle insurance, and standard operating permits/fees are covered.
  • On-Time Service: Safe, reliable transport for shuttles, event transfers, and private group movements.

Excluded

NOT Included in the Hourly Rate (Client Responsibility):

  1. Guiding or Narration: The driver is not a tour guide and will not provide historical, cultural, or geographical information.
  2. Entry & Admission Fees: All personal entry fees, attraction tickets, or private tour costs.
  3. Parking & Toll Fees: Any required third-party parking fees or highway tolls incurred during the charter.
  4. Driver Gratuity: Tip or gratuity for the driver is not included in the price. (20-25% is recommended for excellent service).
  5. Food & Drinks: All meals, snacks, or beverages.
  6. Optional Extras: Luggage storage is available as a separate add-on ($10 per hour).

Policy on External Bookings:

Our team team will not be responsible for booking activities, purchasing tickets in advance, or contacting third-party vendors on behalf of the client. We are strictly providing transportation operating to and from the locations specified by you.

  • Assistance with outside logistics may be requested but will incur additional charges.

Payment and Extensions:

  • On-the-spot charges may be paid directly by the guest via cash or credit card.
  • Any extended hours for transportation services beyond the pre-booked time will be billed accordingly and charged to the client's account after the service is complete.

What Travelers Should Bring:

  • Payment for Purchases: Cash and credit cards for any personal purchases, meals, or on-the-spot vendor services (e.g., small parking lots) made during your charter time.
  • Driver Gratuity: Cash or a preferred method to provide gratuity for your professional driver (20-25% recommended for excellent service).
  • Proof of Bookings: Any pre-paid tickets, confirmations, or passes required for activities, events, or restaurant reservations along your route.
  • Comfort Items: Sunglasses, sunscreen, and a light jacket or cover-up, as Big Island temperatures can fluctuate between locations.
  • Drinks/Snacks: Any food or non-alcoholic beverages you wish to consume during the charter (please note, open containers of alcohol are prohibited).
  • Luggage Notification: Please inform us of anything larger than a standard carry-on purse or backpack so we can plan for luggage space within the van.
