You’ll be welcomed to a charming country house, where a cozy space is fully dedicated to your cooking experience.
You’ll start by learning how to prepare the perfect fresh egg pasta dough from scratch. After this first step, you’ll take a short break to enjoy a glass of local wine paired with delicious regional finger foods.
Then you’ll roll out the dough with a traditional wooden rolling pin and create, depending on the day, classic shapes like cappelletti, ravioli, tagliatelle, or lasagna, following authentic Italian techniques.
Once your pasta is ready, you’ll set the table in the same room where you cooked and sit down to enjoy the meal you’ve made - a true taste of Italian tradition and conviviality.
