5 - Days Tour of Khajuraho, Orchha, Gwalior & Jhansi from Delhi.

Itinerary

Day 1 : Delhi to Gwalior (360 km / 6–7 hrs).

We will pick you up from your Delhi hotel and drive to Gwalior. On arrival, check in to your hotel. In the afternoon, visit the mighty Gwalior Fort, often called “the pearl among fortresses.” Continue to Sas Bahu Temple, Teli ka Mandir, and the Jai Vilas Palace Museum with its European-style interiors and royal artifacts. Overnight stay in Gwalior.

Day 2 : Gwalior to Orchha via Jhansi (120 km / 3 hrs).

After breakfast, drive to Jhansi. Visit the legendary Jhansi Fort, linked with Rani Lakshmibai and the 1857 uprising. Continue to Orchha and check in at your hotel. In the evening, enjoy a guided stroll by the Betwa River and admire the cenotaphs (Chhatris) at sunset. Overnight stay in Orchha.

Day 3 : Orchha Heritage Exploration.

Spend the day exploring Orchha’s treasures. Visit Jahangir Mahal, Raj Mahal with its murals, and the unique Ram Raja Temple where Lord Rama is worshiped as a king. Later, explore the cenotaphs and Laxminarayan Temple with its exquisite frescoes. Overnight stay in Orchha.

Day 4 : Orchha to Khajuraho (180 km / 4 hrs).

After breakfast, drive to Khajuraho. On arrival, check in to your hotel. In the afternoon, begin exploring the UNESCO-listed Western Group of Temples, world-famous for their intricate sculptures and architecture built by the Chandela kings. In the evening, attend the Sound & Light Show at the temple complex. Overnight stay in Khajuraho.

Day 5 : Khajuraho Exploration & Return to Delhi by Luxury Superfast Train (620 km / 5 hrs)

After breakfast, explore the Eastern and Southern Group of Temples, including the renowned Jain shrines and lesser-known Hindu temples.

Later, Board a luxury superfast train to Delhi with lunch served in Train (Included) onboard. 

Upon arrival in Delhi, You will be dropped at your preferred location, concluding your enriching 5-day cultural and heritage journey.
