Mochi making with a Japanese Home Visit
Description
In this experience, you will get to visit a Japanese home which is located in the suburbs of Tokyo. So if you are tired of all the hustle and bustle of the city and all the tourist attractions, why not enjoy a day out away from the crowds and enjoy a short train ride to the suburbs.
Your instructor will greet you at her home and teach you how to make mouth watering mochi deseerts as well as tell you the cultural background and traditions of mochi in a cozy atmosphere.
Groups are usually small so you will get the full attention of your instructor.

- Dango (Mochi Balls on skewers)
- Fruit Mochi (Mochi stuffed with sweet bean paste and fruit)

- Warabimochi(Brown sugar mochi rolled in roasted soy powder)
- Isobemochi (Grilled savory mochi with nori seaweed)
