3 Days Copan Ruins and Pulhapanzak Waterfalls from San Salvador

Description
Copan Ruins is the only Cultural UNESCO protected site in Honduras. Copan Ruins is host of the largest Mayan writing in the whole world. The whole history of this Mayan City was written on the steps of a tall pyramid right in front of the ball game. Copan Ruins is also a great place for birdwatching as you can daily see scarlet macaws and other beautiful birds on the wild right at the entrance of the site. You will also have access to the tunnels built by the archaeologists under one of the structures, so you can see the older temples that were carefully preserved by the Mayans. Later we will visit the Sculpture Museum which hosts the beautiful replica of Rosalila Temple. Next day, visit the majestic Pulhapanzak, one of the biggest waterfalls in Honduras.
