Carbonara – rich and creamy, made the Roman way (no cream!)
Amatriciana – a tomato-based classic with guanciale and Pecorino
But that’s not all—you won’t just be mastering sauces. You’ll also make four different types of fresh pasta from scratch:

Using ancient tools and a traditional bronze pasta die, you'll learn how to shape each pasta perfectly for its matching sauce, just as Romans have done for generations.
