Know before you go

What to Bring

To ensure you’re fully prepared for a full day of adventure from the mountains to the desert, we recommend bringing the following:

Required:

Original passport or Emirates ID (required for zipline check-in)
Closed-toe sports shoes (mandatory for ziplining)

Highly Recommended:

Sunglasses – both mountain glare and desert sun can be intense
Sunscreen – SPF 30 or higher
Hat or cap – for shade in the desert
Reusable water bottle – hydration is key
Camera or smartphone – for epic photos
Portable charger/power bank – long day, many pictures!
Light jacket or hoodie – Jebel Jais can be cool in the morning
Face covering or scarf – optional but helpful in dusty desert areas
Cash or card – for optional purchases like quad biking, souvenirs, snacks, or tip for drivers

Optional:

Change of clothes (if desired after desert activities)
Snacks (though water and dinner are provided)
Personal medication (especially motion sickness tablets if needed)

What Not to Bring

Valuables (we recommend leaving expensive jewelry or large sums of cash at your accommodation)
Large luggage or bulky bags (there’s limited storage in safari vehicles)
