In the heart of the historic center of Chiavari, among ancient alleyways, stone arcades, and colorful buildings overlooking the sea, I invite you to experience an intimate and authentic journey dedicated to the flavors of the Ligurian Sea.

I will welcome you into my Genoese-style home, located in one of the most charming corners of the city, for a guided tasting of the exquisite Oysters from the Gulf of La Spezia, selected from the finest local productions, along with the freshest seafood: red shrimp, langoustines, anchovies, marinated tuna, and swordfish. The dishes, both raw and cooked, are inspired by the Ligurian maritime tradition, with a creative touch.

All this will be accompanied by a glass of Ligurian Vermentino or local sparkling wine, and an engaging narrative about the gastronomic culture of our sea, breeding techniques, fishermen's customs, and local stories.
