Pesto experience: a journey into the flavors of Liguria

The marble mortar, Genovese DOP basil, pine nuts, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, salt, Parmigiano Reggiano, and Pecorino: the perfect ingredients for a challenge in preparing the most flavorful and balanced Genovese pesto. A good dose of manual skill and a bit of training, following the instructions of foodteller Fabio Bongiorni, for an engaging experience as a couple or in a group. After a toast with a glass of Ligurian Vermentino, you will taste your pesto with a sample of handmade trofie al pesto, along with a good aperitif of focaccia and other typical bruschette, ending with the inevitable Italian coffee.
