Ligurian Cooking Class with Focaccia and Wines

I welcome you to my cooking course, where together we will prepare typical recipes of the Ligurian Riviera, and we will taste an aperitif to discover authentic flavors and ancient culinary traditions. The aperitif will feature real Genovese focaccia, accompanied by bruschetta with homemade pesto and salted anchovies, and seasoned olives from the Riviera. Then we will move on to the preparation of fresh pasta, in particular the cutters handmade with the help of an ancient instrument, the 'guitar'. Finally, you will taste your pasta with the pesto prepared by you, all accompanied by a selection of DOP white wines from our territory, which I will tell you with passion, before the inevitable Italian-style coffee and a pleasant digestive of Genoa.
