Trier Interactive City Tour

Description

What an honour it is to accompany you on the tour of Trier, from when it was a thriving metropolis of the Roman Empire to the present day. Together, we will witness Roman architectural brilliance, get to know their celebrities and learn about Trier's rich history. Starting with the Rheinische Landesmuseum, we will walk towards the Kaisertherme, an impressive and umissable Roman structure that depicts where emperors bathed at the time.

Continuing towards a 'smaller collection' of imperial baths, we reach the Barbarathermen, which lead us on to the Römerbrücke. Taking a moment to marvel at the beauty of the Mosel valley, on either side of the bridge; from there, please turn around and head back into the city towards the Karl-Marx-Haus. Thereafter, your walk takes you to the Konstantin-Basilika and hidden behind it, is the glorious electoral palace with its garden. The two next stops are the Liebfrauenkirche and Dom. Finally, we move on to the city's striking gate, the Porta Nigra.
