Mate tasting with merienda

Prepare and try mate, the most iconic and culturally important drink of Argentina. In our 1 hour experience at our historic house in San Telmo, our guide will explain the indigenous history of this caffeinated beverage that's present in every Argentine household. 

We'll start by getting introduced to the beverage with the mate cocido version, which all children try in their first years as they get used to this ritual. Later you'll learn to prepare your own mate and get creative adding your own blend of herbs. Our mate will be paired with some delicious alfajores
