Bodegón Experience - Cooking class

Join us for a culinary adventure into the soul of traditional Buenos Aires cooking: the bodegón. The bodegón is the traditional porteño restaurant where the European immigrants brought their traditions and shape-shifted them to adjust to this new land. During this private cooking lesson we’ll learn how to prepare empanadas, tortilla, milanesas con fideos and flan. Our experience, which will be led by a local restaurant owner, will be paired with wine and vermouth, and lots of fun storytelling and teaching moments about culinary techniques.
