The next stop invites you to discover the versatility of umeshu (Japanese plum wine) through a carefully selected tasting, each paired with a small seasonal dish that enhances and complements the drink’s profile. The combinations reflect a balance of sweet, tart, and umami—hallmarks of Japanese culinary sensibility.
To finish, we visit a whiskey bar where you'll enjoy a guided tasting of four Japanese whiskeys, chosen from a collection of 22 distinct varieties.
