Departure from Bologna (8:00 am): Directly from the hotel or meeting point.

1. Parma Ham Salumificio (10:15 am)

The day starts with a visit to a traditional salumificio, where the famous Parma ham is produced. As soon as you arrive, you are enveloped by the unmistakable aroma of cured ham. The local producer, passionate about the region's tradition, will welcome us and explain the production process, which starts with the careful selection of the best pork meats and continues with curing that can last up to 36 months. During the visit, you can admire the maturation cellars and understand each stage that makes Parma ham so unique and delicious.

After the visit, we will have the opportunity to taste different types of ham, accompanied by some typical products of the region, such as cheeses, fresh bread, and wine, creating a true explosion of flavors.

2. Castello di Torrechiara - Visit and Lunch (12:00 pm)

After the salumificio experience, we will head to the stunning Castello di Torrechiara. This medieval castle, surrounded by picturesque landscapes, not only offers a magnificent setting but also the opportunity to have lunch in an elegant environment. Many local restaurants offer typical Emilia-Romagna dishes, with fresh ingredients and traditional regional cuisine, and you can choose one of these to have a unique experience.

During lunch, you can taste a selection of local specialties, such as tortelli d'erbetta or anolini, while enjoying the views of the surrounding countryside and the history emanating from the castle walls.

3. Arrival in Parma Center (3:00 pm)

After lunch, it's time to head to the charming historic center of Parma. Walking through the cobblestone streets, it's impossible not to be enchanted by the city's Renaissance architecture. We will start with the Parma Cathedral, famous for its splendid fresco on the ceiling.

Next to it is the Baptistery, a Romanesque masterpiece that enchants with its marble walls and artistic details.

We will stroll through vibrant streets and squares, such as Piazza Garibaldi, where you can sit in a local café and enjoy an espresso while watching life go by.


4. Return with arrival in Bologna (6:30 pm)


The tour includes:
