Drinks of Singapore 干杯!新加坡!

Description
Sorry to disappoint if you think this is a cocktails, beer and liquor fest. There's plenty of that too. But we first bring you to a sobering cornerstone of the Singapore water story by introducing you to the Singapore Marina Barrage. A magnificent engineering feat that acts as a flood control system through the crest gates of the dam, but also now as a lifestyle attraction.
What the four sources of Singapore's water supply? And why the maniacal obsession of Singapore's past and current leaders with ensuring self-sufficiency in our water supply? Just how many reservoirs does Singapore have? And why.
Once you've taken in the breadthtaking panoramic views at the Barrage, it's off to a local drinks stall where you sample local drinks such as sugarcane juice, bandung (rose syrup with milk), milo dinosaur and teh tarik. Watch the experts as they pull tarik tea to cool it but also give your drink the bubbles and foam finish.
And finally, we get a hands-on cocktail making session with mixologists at the famed Martini Bar concocting the signature LycheeTini. So raise your glasses! Cheers! Prost! Salute! Gan Bei! Or Yaaaaam Seeeeeng.
