Know before you go

Governmental Laws/COVID19
The Government of The Bahamas has enacted a maximum of thirty (30) guest attendees to weddings during this COVID19 climate, excluding officiant (marriage officer). The thirty (30) guest comprises of the entire bridal party and guest attending your glamorous event. Anyone found in breach of this law will be subjugated to a $1,000 fine per individual over the maximum requirement attendees for weddings and $500 surcharge fee payable to Creative Concepts for any penalties incurred against Creative Concepts in breach of The Bahamas Law. Any request to exceed the maximum attendee limit must be submitted no later than fourteen (14) days prior to your Destination Wedding and must be approved by the relevant authorities that govern The Commonwealth of The Bahamas. All persons are also mandated to wear a mask in attendance of the ceremony, and/or bridal receptions. Mask is to be worn at all times unless individual(s) are eating or drinking. Anyone found in breach of this law will be subjugated to $250 fine per individual and $250 surcharge fee payable to Creative Concepts for any penalties incurred against Creative Concepts. All weddings or corporate events will be held between the hours of 5 am -to-9pm Monday-Friday and 5 am -to-6pm on Saturday - Sunday as implemented by The Government of The Bahamas unless stated otherwise, due to the nature of this pandemic. These laws do not reflect Creative Concepts, as they are instituted by The Government of The Bahamas.
 
Cancellations
There is a Non-Refund Policy enacted with each package/event selected unless an unforeseen event occurs referred to as Force Majeure. Force Majeure is defined as for Creative Experiences, any natural disaster occurring, death, or life-threatening ailment. Force Majeure, does not cover the scope of negligence on behalf of the guest, flight delays or cancellations, termination of the engagement, non-renewal of passports, or any other miscellaneous items. Special Consideration, however, will be given to flight delays or cancellations if impacted by the actual Date & Time of the Destination Wedding or Event. Creative Experiences will honor guest/client with a new Date & Time for the event to proceed. 
 
Flight Delays
With respect to flight delays, Lead Traveler is responsible to communicate with Creative Experiences informing us of any change in flight itinerary to any member of the wedding party or group. Failure to do so will constitute an additional service charge. 
 
Acknowledgment
The client has been apprised of the Terms & Conditions of Creative Experiences’ Disclaimer and has acknowledged these terms. These Terms & Conditions are made to better serve the client of their needs and provide them with a Down Home Experience; by garnering the necessary, pertinent information creating that WOW Factor.
