9:00AM Daily - This is an area of the Wild Atlantic Way that is not know to many people but is spectacularly beautiful. From hidden rock pools to amazing vistas and wildlife, the Toe Head peninsula is simply amazing.

7:30AM Daily - Embark on a serene morning walk to a 1,500-year-old holy well, followed by an invigorating sea swim, wetsuits and swim buoys are provided. Afterwards, enjoy a hearty hot breakfast accompanied by captivating storytelling.
