Many competing reservation tools simply expect you to upload your content to their tool and then they serve that content to you via a script on your website. The script on your website asks the reservation tool system for the content and then it generates the page based on that content stream, usually in an iframe or a pop-up window. The approach is the easiest way to set-up most reservation tools and if you don't mind your content not being ranked on search engines this is the fastest way to start selling your services. 

We can also do that, but we also have an open API, so you may import the content to your website directly, meaning your pages are ranked.  Additionally you may link your own pages to our service and manage availability, payments and invoicing via our system but leave the content you want to rank for on your website.

Stripe is fully certified to the highest industry standards and has obtained regulatory licenses around the world. Toristy has developed its methodology to be fully PSD2 and SCA compliant.

Booking Calendars

Manage all your bookings with a calendar view of your services

Integrate a booking calendar directly on your website. Booking by the day, evening, hourly or for an event are all possible using Toristy. When combined with our availability management the calendar will dynamically show the services that are available but ONLY when they're available. This helps you avoid duplicate reservations.

Your calendar is automatically synched both on your website and across our In Destination sales network or OTA channels so if you're fully booked you can't take new orders. However no matter where your sales come from the system will be in sync.

Plugins and integrations

Wordpress integration makes managing your website content a breeze and improves search engine optimization

Over a third of the worlds companies use Wordpress and we've developed a plugin that synchronises content you put into Toristy with a Wordpress site. This means you may link your own pages to our service and manage availability, payments and invoicing via our system but synch the content you want to rank for from Toristy to your Wordpress website. Eventually we will develop this 2 ways so you may simply use Wordpress to manage everything in Toristy.

In addition to Wordpress we will be developing Wix, Squarespace and Shopify to do the same thing. This covers the majority of the websites all operators use.

Channel Management

Synchronise content and availability with OTA's like Expedia, Viator, Tripadvisor, GetYourGuide, Klook and more 

If you use the major OTAs to sell products and services you may synchronise them using Toristy as a central source of truth. Or if you use one of Toristy's partners (such as Bókun) you could seamlessly synchronise your availability with all the In Destination channels we operate. 

When you opt for our advanced sales plan you would be able to manage the availability and pricing across all the different OTAs and our In destination network.

You don't even need to be at your computer as Toristy is fully responsive meaning you can manage bookings and invoicing from anywhere you have your mobile phone. 

The system works out commissions, taxes and partner payments which means you can directly take these items to your book-keeping. We also integrate with Google Analytics meaning you can also record sales in Google and monitor, segment and optimise the best performing traffic sources.

If you choose our OTA access plan we'll onboard up to 15 services for you, you just provide us the content and we'll do it for you then walk you through how we did it and how to manage your channels and availability.
